Just Sald is teaming up with fashion icon Kenneth Cole to design and create thousands of protective face masks for the restaurant brand’s employees across several states.
Manufactured in Los Angeles, the reusal masks feature Just Salad’s navy blue and the word « ESSENTIAL » across the front as well as both company logos, according to a press release.
The face masks will be distributed to restaurant workers in New York City, North Carolina, Philadelphia, Chicago and Florida.

The news comes in the midst of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and Just Salad’s efforts to help feed frontline workers and serve local communities in need. The brand is donating 10,000 meals each week to healthcare workers at Mount Sinai, New York hospitals and has also launched a new pantry staple delivery service called Just Grocery as well as meal kits. It also recently launched a partnership with Little Owl Chef Joey Campanaro to create The Big Apple salad.
